Dealing with everything with Disaster Cleanup Services was a little overwhelming. They worked at a speed that was a little uncomfortable for me. One day it seemed like we had no problems, the next day we were getting our house torn up. We had a water leak, which resulted in them tearing everything up. They said we were at a 'level 3' out of 3, which made it sound like our house was going to fall apart when in reality I don't think it was that big of a problem. I think they made a mountain out of a mole hill and scared us, it was a bit unnecessary.

Another thing they kept saying was, "your insurance will cover this." They wouldn't give us a real price quote and only told us to rely on our insurance. The workers that did come were nice and good at what they did, and they acted professionally.
