The instructors are amazing in BK, but the admin needs to be way more professional and proactive.

For each payment I've made, they have not supplied me with a receipt, unless Call repeatedly for it. I've also paid for the expedited test timing as I needed it for work, instead of the 4 weeks for a date, which i've chased them every single week, 2 weeks after, they informed me that they don't have a date. I asked for me refund on that payment to be placed on my remaining balance, and it seemed as though i was speaking french.

That was back in february. I just took my test last week friday 6/3/2016, which is well above the 3 months which i could have applied through the DMV myself.

I also told the school I prefer to have a test in queens, but I'll be OK with brooklyn. After a few calls, and 2 months later, they advised that queens is completely booked, so i told them i've also had the option for brooklyn open, they seem to never have seen this item on the list. 2 weeks before my test they called to inform me that my 5 hour exam certificate number was incorrect and i was in danger of losing my testing date.

I had them read back the number to me, they seem to have missed a zero and added a dash instead (their typo)

Why did it take so long to notice this and inform me?

I would never recommend taking the test with this school, but the instructors in brooklyn are amazing.
