Jay Sondhi fixed me up pretty good. I'm the one who called him and asked if he could help me refinance. He said he would look into it and follow up two days later. He laid out an offer on the table which was acceptable. Because I had been shopping around, I could see that hew wasn't gouging me with his rates or terms and conditions. I accepted them, and within the week I was locked into a rate I was happy with.
