This review is based on the customer service provided by Foust Flooring, because they haven't done the installation for me yet. Our schedules are off. I can't take anymore time off of work to be here during the week and they don't usually work on weekends. However, they are willing to work with me and are planning on working on a weekend to help me out. I can't believe they're are willing to come in and work on their days off! Amazing!

My customer representative is Amber, and she has been really wonderful! Basically, Amber sold me on day one with her great customer service and her wonderful rapport with me. I have had to deal with Foust Flooring mostly over the phone, emails and through texting due to my busy schedule. Most places make you go to their showroom. But Amber understood and even mailed me tile samples to my home. I received a large box that had been sent by two-day mail full of samples she thought I might like. I've never encountered that depth of customer service before and definitely wasn't expecting it. She included better options for my home and budget all based on the colors in my house that I had described to her.

Also, she kept in constant contact with me through follow-up phone calls. I have felt very important throughout this entire process. I am excited for the installation to take place. I hope it lives up to the service I've already received from Foust Flooring!
