The first day my realtor contacted their office and Lisa was exceptionally helpful scheduling our inspection. A day later John met with my realtor for the actual inspection. He was prompt, professional and thorough. The following day the written report arrived. It was detailed with pictures documenting the findings. In addition, John made himself available to explain any issue(s) I did not fully understand.
