John Mock of All American Home Inspection has been on the vendor list I give my buyers for years. He's on that list because he consistently does thorough inspections, explains what he's found to my buyers in easy to understand language, comments on and produces a summary in the report on the items that he feels are small but may need attention and those that he recommends have need of immediate repair or replacement. He provides a professional report with lots of photos detailing his findings so everyone can see exactly what he's commenting on.
