John at All American Inspections is by far the best inspector(company) in the Flagler & Volusia Counties. We have used them for multiple home inspections. He provides everything from a full 4 point, wind mitigation to termite inspection. The inspection is thorough and he makes suggestions they are so helpful in buying a new home. I would for years, refer back to my report in I needed information on certain things, example, where is the water shut off valve?! The prices for all 3 inspections are spot on and affordable. They also provide a detailed report with pictures the next day!
