poor quality product

My doors are about three years old. The screws that attach the latch are stripped so that the latch cannot be securely fastened and the lock is useless. The rubber weather stripping at the bottom of the door is torn and completely ineffective. I am a middle aged woman with adult children that no longer live at home. These doors do not see a lot of traffic or ear. There is no reason, other than shoddy quality for this to happen. Margaret Shepard

Upon learning about this customers concerns regarding the issues she has on her doors that were installed by Guida 3 years ago, I immediately contacted her via phone to discuss and attempt to help resolve. I explained our intentions to send out a service tech to service/repair the minor door issues at no cost; however the customer declined to allow Guida to provide the service.

We respect the customers decision to decline the service from Guida, however we will honor the offer to service the door at no cost if she changes her mind.
