I was able to get a next day appointment. Plumber Oscar L. arrived at the appointed time. Installation went smoothly! Oscar, was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He was happy to answer all my questions. With panel access to the bathtub's plumbing, Oscar recommended adding shutoff valves to hot and cold supply lines, making it possible to service or replace valves without shutting water off to the entire house. A convenience I may appreciate in the future! I am very pleased with the service I received.
