Thank you for your review. It is our intend to provide unsurpassed customer service along with great driver training. We hope that the extra 2 hours you recieved compensated for the one hour that the instructor lacked. We do once again apologize for this serious oversight on our instructors part. We have instituted several fail safe mechanisms as to avoid this type of incident in the future. We are now requiring all start and finish times to be initialed by the student driver on a form created for this purpose as well as a courtesy call to the student drivers upon the completion of the lesson in order to check on the satisfactory performance of the instructor. You have every right to expect the best for the money that you spend and we understand and appreciate this!. As far as the left turn issue will you please call the office as I would like to obtain clarification on the exact nature of what you have mentioned. Because we can not be in the car all the time we sometimes depend on the student drivers as to inform us of the instructional information provided.
