The people at Tony's Best Way were really friendly. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They made sure I understood everything in the process of getting my carpets cleaned. The receptionist kept me up to date. I have worked in customer service myself, and she was in constant contact with me to make sure I had an overall good experience. The guys that came over were super professional and clean. They were really friendly, and the job was very fast and didn't take very long at all. They were great!
