I had a TripleSafe sump pump system installed a few years ago. The installation was to be in an existing sump area that already had an overflow pipe but no pump during flooding as well as a french drain at my basement exterior door. For 3 years, I had no flooding and thought the problem was solved. Then I had 2 floods within a month this summer. This company does NOT stand by its product, does NOT honor warrantees and will NEVER call you back if you try to get a resolution especially if they are negligent. I discovered after these floods that they closed off the overflow pipe and buried it outside of the sump so there is no place for the water to go except in the basement. They actually made it worse. They are crooks and are quick to take you money but and sell you a ridiculous $450 battery backup replacement but will not unfuck their work. I would suggest if you want a company that will support their customers if their work fails, then run like the wind from Tom and his band of incompetent workers.
