The worker who cleaned my carpet was very polite and the carpet looked clean when he finished. Three days later, when the carpet dryed, there were some very noticable areas where the spots came through the carpet.

I called 1st Class Carpeting and they sent someone out the next day. He sprayed the areas with vinegar,then cleaned them, and I am very happy with the job done on my carpets now.
