First Class Carpet Service has always been cooperative with specific needs in regards to spots or stains and are really good on making sure everything comes out. I've requested the same employee on several occasions because I enjoy him and he makes sure not to use a lot of water when cleaning. Sometimes, if there's a lot of water used, it becomes wavy and takes longer to dry. I don't have any of those problems with First Class Carpet.
