I definitely recommend First Class Carpet Service. I can always reach Spencer, and I always get a person on the phone. I don't get a recording, and I don't have to wait a day to get a call back. They always answer, and I always get an appointment quickly. If I have a rush job, which happens on occasion, they accommodate me. They always show up on time, or within a time frame that I can count on. I think the cost is fair for the service, and the carpet has always looked good. It also seems to dry better than some other companies that I've used, in a timely fashion, and all the difficult spots are out. Something that really surprised me is how good the carpet looks even it was in bad shape before. I guess that would sum it all up.
