I am a apartment owner . I have used 1st Class carpets for 19 years .They are the only ones I use. I trust Spencer. He is there when he says he will be, and the carpets look wonderful when he is done. He is upfront with me when there is a stain that tenants leave that will not come out .They are great with pet stains ,they get them out , with no left over pets smels for the next tenant .
