Thanks so much to Gene for taking care of my shower, it now runs with hot water. I recently purchased a home and the master bath shower never ran hot, just warm. Luckily once Gene took a look at it he knew what the problem was. He provided me with an estimate and fixed the problem. His customer service skills were excellent, and he was honest in explaining that the repair might not be the absolute problem. He also provided me with an estimate of what the repair would cost if it were the major problem he suspected. None the less, it was the minor of the two suspected problems. Great job Gene!
