First experience not perfect, but will return because of excellent customer service.
After losing my keys, I came into Fowler Toyota for the first time this past Monday simply to get a replacement key made for my Toyota. The situation was very inconvenient because I had to tow my car half way across town to get the job done. They were obviously very busy that day and I waited just to find out that there was not a key available in their inventory. Having to leave my car overnight only added to the frustration and I left an unhappy customer.
However after the job was done a day later, I was ready to express my frustration to my service advisor. He completely understood and offered me a very fair price for the service. I was surprised by his initiative to accept responsibility and I was completely satisfied leaving the lot. As I waited there for my car to be pulled up, I noticed the awards on his wall that his service team received for customer service. Now I can totally see why Fowler Toyota is one of the best. You just don't get that kind of integrity in customer service at any other dealership. I will definitely recommend and return to Fowler Toyota because of their excellent service team.
