We had a garage door problem this morning with a broken spring causing both our cars to be locked inside the garage.

Luckily Girard's emergency service was able to get to us in a few hours.

Mike D., the technician, was truly great. He explained all the options available to get the door repaired. We decided on the Overhaul option and Mike was quick to respond with excellent service fixing our door and explaining everything that he did along with the warranty.

He was very professional and proceeded to do an excellent job.
