Mike was curteous, explained what would need replacing in a clear and easy to understand manner, and generally made the repair experience very much a non-event.
Mike was the technician that repaired the broken springs and replaced the other moving parts that work along with the springs to do the mechanical work apart from the electric opener unit. He explained everything clearly, then efficiently repaired/replaced what was needed and had the door back up and running in a short period of time.
