I had a broken spring on a garage door that is 20 years old. Mike suggested a complete overhaul. He was instructive and helpful and took the time to explain what would be done and why. The service call fee was waived and a 5-year warranty was provided for all parts. Mike and Jessie worked efficiently and quickly.
