We called on Friday evening at 9 pm and spoke to a real person that scheduled us for between 2 and 4 pm Saturday. We received two phone calls ahead of 2 pm updating us on time and they arrived at 3 pm. Took us rough the problems, offered multiple solutions and fixed the door on the spot within 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable, very informative and thorough. Door works beautifully. If only every service was is professional, efficient and fair.
