I've called John at Drain Genie twice now for complicated jobs with one after hours emergency. His responsiveness and the quality of the work are first rate.

Both jobs resulted in unexpected complications once the work was underway and the problems exposed. But John doesn't take advantage of you as I've experienced with another service. His pricing is fair and he explained my options so I could make a decision on the work to be done.

John and Drain Genie will be my only call when I need plumbing help.
