The man who came out from Drain Genie Plumbing was very on top of things and let us know what was going on and kept us updated. It was a big job because of some old pipes that had burst, but he was very capable.

He gave us good advice for what we should do, and tips on how to prevent something like this from happening again with our pipes. Overall, a very nice and kind person.
