Carlos from the New Era Body Shop is the one who helped me out. He was very knowledgeable of what damage had happened to my car. He is very reliable and told me they could have my car repaired in 3 days. He went so far as to take me to get a rental, which I thought was very nice. I was very happy when my car was done even sooner than I had planned for, and it was perfect when it came out! I would definitely go there again!
