West Coast Appliance Service sold me my furnace and they were great. I was very impressed, first of all, with the speed of their response. I called other companies and they were going to take a week or more to come out. West Coast came out the next day and replaced my furnace. They really understood what they were doing, were professional and polite, and were careful. They answered my questions and really did what I needed them to do quickly.
