They came and did what they were supposed to do, when they promised, for the price we agreed on. It's just the way any kind of construction or household work should be. They were easy to get to come out, and I talked to them about different options. They gave me written information and a quote, and I got back to them and told them which one I wanted. They came out a few days later, installed the unit, and it works fine. They cleaned up their mess, and like I said, they did what there supposed to, when they were supposed to, for the price agreed upon.
