My wife, 4 kids and I had a Trane Heat Pump, Trane Variable Speed Air Handler and completely new ductwork installed in our home last week by Derek Denardo and Ian Thacker. We, like most people, dont look forward to having our day-to-day routine altered by having folks in our home to do work. As you may imagine, with 4 kids ranging from 2 to 14 years old in a relatively small house, theres enough natural chaos already in motion on a daily basis.

Let me please share with you that Derek and Ian were absolutely phenomenal. Theyre the perfect combination of professionalism coupled with courtesy. Their craftsmanship and the quality of their work are second to none. We feel very grateful to have had Derek and Ian install our new system and look forward to many comfortable years ahead in our home.

In addition, to take a step back, Rich Moyer was very professional, extremely consultative and spent a lot of time educating us on the various heating/cooling options that are available on the market today, which proved instrumental in helping us make a well educated decision that we feel good about.
