The technician did an excellent job. He went out of his way to accommodate my desire to have my front door cat-escape proof by adding the "pillow" used for winter time cleaning, so my two cats wouldn't try to escape the noise through the door the cleaning hoses were in. He moved the three items of furniture I requested and cleaned under and behind them. All in all a very thorough job.
