Jan, who was our sales rep with Hammond Knoll, is professional, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions I have on-site. The crew was cleaning some lobby granite flooring, and I walked in the next day, after they were done, and could tell a difference in the color. There was a noticeable difference commented on by building guests and people who occupy the building. They did a fantastic job. I enjoy the consistent level of service, and I also enjoy that they're a local company.
