Hammond Knoll was very easy to work with and they did a great job. The only thing was that they used a lot of water when they were cleaning our kitchen floors, which damaged our base floors. Nonetheless, they went above and beyond our expectations. They fixed extra things and gave us a lot of suggestions. They were very pleasant and courteous.
