I bought a short sell house. While I was in the process of buying it, I had Kris from Inspect And Save do the inspection for me. He found things you or I would never be able to see! He found mold on the AC coils and informed that he thought there might be some issues with the roof. I completely appreciated the heads-up and opted for the home warranty insurance, which without his inspection, I probably wouldn't have and it was sure worth it!
