Access Heating & Air is an outstanding company. I own a childcare center, and came in one day to find that the air conditioner was not working. It was 106 degrees outside. This was on a Friday, and when I called they first told me that they wouldn't be able to see me until Monday. However, as soon as they knew that small children were involved, they moved another appointment to accommodate the babies. They were out immediately, and got me up and running.

This was an aging AC unit, and since then I've used Access to replace it, as well as the unit at my home. They only install Trane units, and they are outstanding--top of the line. The salesmen are very conscientious, and will recommend the best unit for the size and needs of your home or business, and won't try to oversell. The service is impeccable, and they will accommodate any odd schedule or request. It takes a special person to deal with twenty kids asking you questions while you're trying to work, and everyone I've dealt with from Access will rise to the occasion.

However, the best part of my experience with Access has been the savings. These Trane units are incredibly efficient, and have dropped my energy usage considerably. Now, I'm saving an average of $120 a month on my utilities. The unit is literally paying for itself, and I couldn't be more pleased. Access is an amazing company that keeps your best interests as the top priority. I can't recommend them highly enough.
