We had purchased a home that was built in 98, and we bought it in 04. We were looking at doing a few things. We had a den that had an archway only, no doors. We got a hold of Cook through the local paper. They came in, we told them what we wanted to do and they made a few recommendations. It was a very good experience, there was no pushing or hard selling on their part. We also did some remodeling in our kitchen and replaced some of the flooring and had the same experience.
