Paid approx $200 to have my rug cleaned plus an extra $70 for a de-odorizer that I was under the impression would take care of any odors.
When the carpet came back to me, it still had a strange smell and i noticed there was a fresh looking cut in the back of the rug that went through to the front.
The clerk explained that all odors cannot necessarily be removed and that they do not use any sharp tools that would cause such a cut.
I left feeling quite upset after paying $300 to have my carpet cleaned only to have it come back with damage and still smelling. I was not comfortable with the clerk's explanation as there was no proof to me that they didn't make the cut, and I was upset for paying $70 for a de-odorizer that didn't work.
I called back and spoke to the owner explaining my feelings about the situation. He came to my home, picked up the rug, cleaned it a second time, and repaired the damage even though he was confident the damage would not have occurred in his shop.
I felt he came in and rectified the situation in a very fair manner, he was professional, and made me feel much better about the transaction.
