Jeff was our electrician, and he was exceptional. He called 10 minutes before the appointment as a heads up (which I appreciated as the appointment time was a 2 hour window) and was here promptly at the beginning of the appointment start time. He explained the options and pricing thoroughly, comparing it to the standard rates to assure me I was getting a reasonable deal. He was friendly and performed the service quickly.
