Jim was fantastic. Our appointment was late on Friday and he ran through everything with me and showed exactly why it wasn't working properly and how to tell, but foremost the service was well above expectations, the quote was very reasonable considering the time it took. It all got traced to a needle size hole in a wire shorting a 3 way switch that blew a breaker and effected the sharing breaker. When I do a couple more jobs in my house in the future I WILL REQUEST JIM!!! He was very maticulous and wouldn't have been satisfied until the job was complete correctly.
