I have had a spring go on an old garage door. The door was heavy and they came out at once and fixed it.
I later bought from them a newer and lighter door with an automatic coded opener and love it! I have been totally satisfied.
Recently through a mistake on my part the door got knocked of the track. They came out at the time they said, politely and quickly fixed it. It is running smoothly.
