I bought an electric backpack sprayer from Quality Equipment & Spray and noticed that it wasn't spraying anymore. I took it to get a look at and turns out that the warranty expired right days ago. The office was trying to have it fixed, but because it was expired, they couldn't replace it. I was pretty mad about that. But, they had Andrew take a look at it and he ended up calling the manufacturer of the sprayer and they were able to work with me on the issue. He even offered to work on the labor costs. Overall the service was nice and friendly.
