Our tech Sherry Brown always rings the bell to let us know she is here. She is very thorough does not do a hit or miss job. She is able to answer any questions we have. Whenever we had an ANT problem in the house (maybe three times in eight years) she knew what was needed and we did not see anymore ants after a day or two. The office staff is professional,friendly and always willing to help when called.
