I contacted bug out last summer to ask why they hasn't serviced my lawn. I received a voice message back that they had equipment problems and would be there next service. Last month I received another voice mail that they would credit my account two months payments. I contacted them last week about still being billed and never receiving credit, They said they would have the billing department contact me. I'm still waiting.
