We have had excellent service for routine service, but we had an occasion to call when we had an invasion of carpenter bees last year.A man who was supposed to be a supervisor was sent out. He sprayed around and said he would have someone call about further treatment-we heard nothing further. I also asked why no one had ever been under our house- he said that was done once a year that he would check on it-we heard nothing further. As far as I know, the crawl space under our log home has never been examined. Sherry checked and said that was not done as long as there was no evidence of infestation.
