Bug Out personnel has gone beyond all expectation concerning lawn and Irrigation Division!

Called Don Smith because of have issues with my irrigation, came out the next day and it is running better than when installed! Kudos, Don and thank you for the clear instructions and guidance on optimum watering!

Patrick dealing with the lawn and shrubs treated and instructed me by taking me to the areas that needed attention and put the correct control ingredients necessary to make our lawn ready for the coming winter! We've had a few markets service our lawn, in the past twenty years, yet, Bug Out is far better than anyone we've had, not only in treatment but also taking the time to explain so it's a partnership in keeping our lawn desireable and admired by neighbors.
