I read Jeff's advertisement on Craigslist and was referred to his website. I sent an email requesting service and was pleased to receive an appointment same day. Jeff was able to meet with us after hours, troubleshoot the issue, fix the problem, AND give us pointers on doing some future work ourselves, thus saving us $$!
