I had B & B AC & Heating Services out several years ago for the first time with the furnace failing a couple days before Christmas. They were out the same day I called and took care of the problem. When I had central air conditioning problems, the first in April, I called them, they came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Then in June I had another problem with water dripping out and flooding the basement floor, I called them again, they diagnosed it, and fixed it. All three times B & B came quickly, fixed the problem, and I thought the rates were reasonable.

I would like to point out that I worked for another company for 34 years, the last 20 as regional sales manager. When I called B & B, the service I got from my old company was not satisfactory. I recognize good service when I see it, and I am very happy with B & B.
