I called Chris and explained my problem that the remote controil did not open the garage door. He suggested that I check a button on the wall switch to see if someone had inadvertently set it so it locked out the remotes. I was not aware there was such a thing. That solved my problem. He could have come out, charged a service call and another fee for something so simple, or worse could have sold me another whole opener system. He is real legitimate in my mind, and he is the one I will call in case I need to replace anything. Thank you, Chris!!
