I like dealing with a company where the owner/operator is available.
I've been using Besco Air for about 3 to 4 years, and they have installed 2 furnaces and 7 air conditioners for me. I know the president personally, and he has been very responsive and easy to talk to. I like dealing with a company where the owner/operator is available. I also know a lot of the guys by first name, and they all have remarkable punctuality. There have been a couple of issues, and they have been right out every time, so I've been pleased.
