Called to make an appointment to repair our garage door opener and the gentleman who answered asked if I could go down to the unit and answer a few questions about it. Less than five minutes later, he had diagnosed and FIXED the problem over the phone!!! I will definitely call these folks back if and when I experience door opener problems in the future.
