With over 20 years in the industry, our salesman, Joe Ruthford, had more extensive knowledge of the door systems and openers than anyone else with whom I had spoken. When it turned out our door opening was an odd size and out of plum, he went out of his way to order a panel which would fit more appropriately, and the door looks like a million dollars.

The installation guys were polite, friendly and did a great job picking up every scrap of material created by the installation process. The door we selected was quite a bit thicker than their competitors as well, but the price was still fantastic. In addition to a beautiful new door, they installed a new keypad and repaired our existing opener.
