This was an out of state purchase for me - dealt mostly with Josh which I found very courtious,knowledgeable and professional.This extends to the person in charge of the financing department.
The sales manager at the time (Casey), on the other hand,could probably work on his professionalism and ettiquette considering he deals with clients willing to pay thousands of dollars for luxury vehicles and do expect a certain level of decorum.
As far as the vehicle goes ,so far so good, although I did perform a full inspection from an authorized Mercedes mechanic nearby at my expense prior to purchase.In the dealership's credit, I was reimbursed by Sam Abbas to remove a bad window tint job installed by the previous owner.
